塑料袋在日常生活中似乎司空見慣，它常見得好像讓大家都不是特別關(guān)注它是怎么生產(chǎn)的。

Plastic bags seem to be commonplace in daily life, as they seem so common that no one particularly pays attention to how they are produced.

這些小顆粒就是塑料袋的母體，學(xué)名PE，俗名塑料粒子。塑料袋的制作是離不開它的，它經(jīng)過(guò)吹膜，印花，分切等多重工序才能得到一條能使用的成品塑料袋。

These small particles are the matrix of plastic bags, commonly known as PE or plastic particles. The production of plastic bags cannot be separated from it. It requires multiple processes such as film blowing, printing, and cutting to obtain a usable finished plastic bag.

這個(gè)工序就是神奇的吹膜過(guò)程。工人會(huì)將調(diào)配好的原料置入機(jī)器里，機(jī)器將顆粒進(jìn)行加熱，融化粒子。然后吹出如圖所示的塑料薄膜，接著滾壓機(jī)將塑料薄膜進(jìn)行壓平和寬度的裁剪。

This process is a magical film blowing process. The workers will put the prepared raw materials into the machine, which will heat the particles and melt them. Then blow out the plastic film as shown in the figure, and then use a rolling machine to flatten and cut the width of the plastic film.

這條工序是白袋的印刷過(guò)程。將吹好的大卷白袋放到印刷機(jī)器上，印刷機(jī)器就會(huì)根據(jù)客戶的需求進(jìn)行色彩的印刷。這里采用的滾筒印刷，一種顏色就得需要一個(gè)滾筒版子，所以印刷多色的話成本就會(huì)增加。

This process is the printing process of white bags. Place the blown large roll white bag on the printing machine, and the printing machine will print colors according to the customer's needs. The roller printing used here requires a roller plate for each color, so printing multiple colors will increase the cost.

一步就是分切啦。印刷好的大卷袋子通過(guò)分切機(jī)器進(jìn)行裁剪，裁去多余的部分。然后經(jīng)過(guò)打包阿姨的手工整理捆扎。就成了大家手中的成品塑料袋啦。

One step is cutting. The printed large roll bag is cut using a slitting machine to remove excess parts. Then, after being manually organized and tied by the packaging aunt. It has become a finished plastic bag in everyone's hands.

這張圖上是旗源工廠做過(guò)的一些案例，基本上都是單面單色印刷的。因?yàn)橄啾容^彩色印花而言，單面單色的成本更低。不過(guò)話又說(shuō)回來(lái)，彩色印刷更能吸引眼球，廣告效果會(huì)更好。

This picture shows some cases made by Qiyuan factory, which are basically printed on one side and in one color. Because compared to color printing, the cost of single sided monochrome is lower. But then again, color printing is more eye-catching and the advertising effect will be better.
